Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because Balloons by Tabitha products are made to order and balloons are perishable products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations.

All sales are final once an order has been placed.

Please carefully review your product selection, colors, personalization, delivery or pickup information, date, and other order details before completing your purchase.

Damages & Issues

Please examine your balloon arrangement at the time you receive it.

If your order is damaged or defective upon receipt, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Photographs of the product may be requested to help us assess the issue.

Balloon colors can vary based on lighting, photography, screen settings, balloon size, inflation, and manufacturer variations. Reasonable color variations are not considered defects.

Once an order has been successfully delivered or picked up in satisfactory condition, Balloons by Tabitha is not responsible for damage, popping, deflation, oxidation, tangling, escaped balloons, or other changes caused by transportation, handling, temperature, weather, pets, children, sharp objects, environmental conditions, or circumstances outside our control.

Incorrect Orders

If Balloons by Tabitha made an error in preparing your order, please contact us immediately.

Depending on the circumstances and timing of your event, we may offer a replacement, correction, comparable substitute, store credit, or refund of the affected item.

Orders We Cannot Fulfill

If Balloons by Tabitha is unable to fulfill your paid order for reasons within our control, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

We may offer an appropriate substitution or rescheduled fulfillment. If an acceptable alternative cannot be arranged, we will refund the amount paid for the portion of the order we are unable to fulfill.
